What is a featured listing? A featured listing is a listing that is on the market that I like.  So much so I want to feature it to you.  Why?  Because it has qualities that I think make it the Bay Area. A featured listing to me has value, opportunity, character, views, neighborhoods that I think are unique to the Bay Area.  A featured listing can be a fixer upper or a multi-million dollar home. It can be a based on the neighborhood in which the listing is located.  It can be recently listed or on the market for a while. Whatever the featured listing is, it gives you the opportunity to buy your new home.
